The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory wanted a new intranet that was more dynamic and intuitive to use. They also wanted a solution that was easy to implement and that could be delivered quickly.
Tribe is the right solution to accomplish all of these requirements. Tribe can be implemented in less than eight weeks and features are designed to fit organisational needs out of the box.
An intranet developed to meet business needs
With customers top of mind, Tribe was created to fit the everyday needs of businesses, streamlining the product to its very essence and providing customers with an agile out of the box platform that is easy to use and administer.
Easy to navigate
Users no longer have to rely on complicated sitemaps or menu labels. With ease of navigation in mind, Tribe users can access documents quickly and easily using Drive, utlising powerful filters and search tools. Drive is one of Tribe’s primary features and has been key in helping Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory increase productivity.
Easy to edit
Unlike many other Intranets, editors do not need back-end access to the content management system to add new content. Intranet editors simply need to click on the ‘plus’ button to add content such as news articles or events. This action triggers a simple front end form to add content into.
Users also have the option of customising their dashboard with shortcuts for easy access to content, external pages or internal systems.
An intranet for Government
Tribe utlises the same software foundations used by the Australian Government websites and can be made WCAG 2.0 AA compliant upon request. Becuase Tribe utlises software already used by many Governments, it's often possible for Tribe to be self hosted on Government servers.
